Parents & Guardians Guidelines
Your active participation, patience, and compliance are essential pillars of your loved one's permanent healing journey.
Rules & Code of Conduct
"Your support is essential in your loved one's healing journey."
Please carefully read and follow the guidelines listed below to assist us in maintaining a safe, structured, and recovery-focused clinical environment.
READ CAREFULLY
Each parent must carefully read all the admission form details before admitting the patient to ensure complete clarity regarding our rules and structure.
PHONE USAGE
Switch off your mobile phones during parents' counselling sessions to maintain focus, respect confidentiality, and eliminate external distractions.
MONTHLY MEETINGS
Parents can meet their patients once a month. Every parent/guardian meeting will be held on the 2nd Saturday & Sunday, or as scheduled in case of absolute emergency.
PARENT MEETINGS
All parents and guardians must attend a family meeting every Saturday evening. It is mandatory. Otherwise, families will not be allowed to meet their loved one in the ward.
FOOD GUIDELINES
No cooked foods are allowed to be given to the patient. Only fresh fruits, dry fruits, healthy snacks, and doctor-approved health drinks are permitted.
EMERGENCY AVAILABILITY
Parents must remain available and reachable on their registered phone numbers at all times for any emergency coordinates during the course of treatment.
FEES & PAYMENTS
All parents have to deposit the monthly treatment fees regularly during the scheduled monthly parent meetings to ensure continuous care without interruptions.
MEDICAL EXPENSES
If any patient needs external hospitalization or specialized medical care, the family will have to pay the bills or expenses of such medical treatment separately.
COURSE COMPLETION
The minimum recommended course period (as evaluated by the clinical team) must be fully completed to ensure sustainable recovery and prevent early relapse.
TEST EXPENSES
Expenses for clinical examinations (such as Pathological Tests, external Psychiatrist consultations, and specific Medicines) as required will be charged separately.
SPECIAL CONCESSION POLICY
If any client is allowed a concession under special consideration, they will have to pay the total normal treatment fees in case of early termination of treatment against the advice of our clinical staff or visiting doctor.
REMEMBER
Remember one crucial thing: an addicted patient needs healing, understanding, and consistent support. True recovery is a slow process and it takes time.
